This resource collects the practical outputs created during the Inclusive RaceTrack training course. At its center is an inclusive obstacle track and a set of sport activities where young people with and without disabilities take part together, side by side, in the same game.
How they were made
Youth workers from several European countries built the activities during a week of hands-on work. Each station started from a real barrier that young people with fewer opportunities face, and the group turned that barrier into a challenge on the track. The obstacles and props were made from recycled materials, so the whole set stays low cost and easy to rebuild in any community.
Who they are for
Youth workers, coaches, teachers, and volunteers who lead mixed groups and want sessions where everyone plays. You do not need a sports background or special equipment to run them.
