Axis Serbia is looking for participants for an Erasmus+ youth exchange taking place in Samobor, Croatia, from 14 to 25 September 2026, including travel days.
We are looking for motivated young people between 18 and 30 years old who are interested in healthy lifestyle, nutrition, sustainability, mental wellbeing and outdoor activities.
