From 13 to 20 November 2025, our team took part in the Partnership Building Activity “Unlocking Youth Potential”, hosted in Side, Turkey, and organized by Pozitiva Samobor. This Erasmus+ activity brought together 26 youth workers and organization representatives from Croatia, North Macedonia, Romania, Portugal, Bulgaria, Serbia, Luxembourg and Turkey, with the goal of strengthening cooperation between organizations working with young people across Europe.

During six days full of non-formal education methods, team building activities, creative workshops and project labs, we focused on exchanging ideas, sharing best practices, and strengthening international cooperation. We are grateful for the chance to learn from highly experienced and appreciated partners and to build foundations for future joint initiatives.

The activity covered topics that are close to our mission: youth engagement and volunteering, community involvement, active citizenship, and how to involve more young people in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps opportunities. We also worked directly on partnership building, connecting with organizations that share our values and vision for empowering young people.

As a result of these days, we return with a stronger network of partners, new project ideas, and concrete steps toward future collaborations under Erasmus+ and ESC. Effective partnerships build sustainable change, and this activity gave us the tools and connections to keep working on that.

We would like to thank Pozitiva Samobor for the excellent organization and warm hospitality throughout the whole activity.

Stay tuned, as some of the ideas developed during these days may soon turn into real projects with our new partners.
